Renovated old town palace with beautiful historic features
Authentic Majorcan townhouse
The old palace formerly was composed of two buildings and has been carefully renovated by its present owners. It captivates with its ancient style elements, so, for example, were uncovered the old stone walls of the living room, giving the object a very cozy, rustic ambience.
The ground floor is divided into the living room, a separate dining room, a large equipped kitchen with access to the courtyard, a bathroom with shower, storage rooms and a garage.
On the first floor are located the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, three additional bedrooms, a separate bathroom and a second kitchen which, e.g. could be converted into an extra bathroom.
Another great advantage is the own well which supplies the house with quality potable water.
Despite its central location in the beautiful historic town of Alcudia, the building is easily accessible by car. By foot only a few minutes away are restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities.
Nearby, just a short drive away, are the popular sandy beaches of Playa de Alcudia and Playa de Muro, which offer a complete touristic infrastructure.
A special object, which, besides own use, would be excellently suited for holiday letting.
In the north of the island lies Alcudia with its picturesque historicist centre and the ruins of the old Roman town Pollentia. It is worth to see the historic centre which is inhabited since the megalithic culture then from the Phoneticians to the Romans who settled the island in 123 B.C.. The name Alcudia proceeds from the Arabic (deduced from the Arabic Al-Qudya – The hill).
