The upper floor accommodates the sleeping facilities, each with bathroom and a roof terrace, from which one has a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the capital Palma.
Another stone house with open kitchen, living area, guest toilet and 2 bedrooms as well as a small separate guest studio are ready for your guests.
A smaller approx. 50 m² living unit, which is currently used as an office, can be converted to one more guest studio.
To relax, the beautifully landscaped garden with its various resting places and its mediterranean plants, the 6x8 m pool and barbecue area with a stone oven.
The municipality of Algaida has an area of about 90 km ² and consists three villages. Algaida, Pina and Randa. In the history Algaida was first mentioned in 1232 documentary, but the most famous place in this community is Randa with the Mountain "Puig de Randa". Here you will find three monastic sanctuaries, which are always worth a visit.
