This large manor house over four floors from 1950 is situated in an elevated position in the charming village of Montuïri and therefore offers a unique view from the upper floors over the village and the surrounding landscape up to the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range. On the ground floor there is a storage room and a spacious garage with skylights, which has been converted into a living area with kitchen, bathroom and a barbecue corner. A wide stone staircase leads to the first floor to a large terrace where the main entrance is located. An imposing door gives access to the entrance hall with high ceilings with wooden beams and floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a magnificent arch. On this level there is also an office and a bedroom with en suite bathroom. The second floor is divided into kitchen, living/dining room and another room with fireplace. The third floor houses five bedrooms and a bathroom. Here the beautiful exposed ceiling beams can be found again. In need of refurbishment, this Art Nouveau style property, with terraces on several levels, can be used for commercial or private purposes.
Montuïri was built on and around a hill on which highest spots there are flour mills, seen already from a distance. In the partly steep and narrow alleys there is everything you might need, bakery, banks, household article shops. If you wish to eat the typical Mallorquine -Pa amb oli- you should visit the restaurant S'Hostal. Here you sit in front of the bar, under a giant rubber tree together with farmers, bankers and other trippers. Montuïri is one of the oldest localities on Mallorca.
