A finca close to the village, where the access road ends in a dead end and is very easy to reach. Llucmajor with all its amenities, e.g. bars, restaurants as well as all imaginable shopping possibilities are reachable in a few minutes. In the course of the renovation of the ground floor property in 2009, underfloor heating was installed for the cooler days in winter, which is operated by a new solar system, as well as the water treatment of the finca. The floor was laid with terracotta and double glazed windows were installed. The separate guest house with an area of about 45 m2 has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The outside area is nicely landscaped with native plants. The pool of 8 x 4 m provides refreshment in summer or the covered terrace. A cosy barbecue corner provides for the physical well-being. Llucmajor´s name come probably from the latin expression "Lucus Maioris" - big wood - because on the rear of the villages there are many tree zones. Situated in the south, this municipality is the bigger one on the island it belongs here the next townships : A big part of "El Arenal" - tourist and coastal place-,S´Estanyol coast and the wonderful Cala Pí. In Llucmajor you can get on all your family needs and services, there is also a fresh fruits and veg market three times per week and Palma is only 15 minutes away by car with good public transport.
