Country Bungalow - between Caimari and Selva
Country house with wonderful views
One storey country bungalow, situated on a hillside with views of the Tramuntana and the village Caimari.
The house has a spacious lounge – diningroom with an open plan kitchen and a fireplace, one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A wide porch surrounds the house and offers a BBQ and a woodfired oven, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
There is a four place garage under the house. The property has mains electricity, two wells with their own water supply, air-conditioning, electric central heating and pre-installation for a gas supply.
This is an idyllic mountain area located between the villages of Selva and Caimari, and only a few kilometres from Inca.
4 km north of Inca lays the small village of Selva - right on the edge of the Tamuntana range. In 1301 Selva was awarded by King James II with market rights and it was a thriving little town. But where there is light there is also shadow - as bandits lived in the hilly landscapes of Selva and played havoc with until the 18th Century. Nowadays there are no bandits in the mountains anymore and Selva is a peaceful village.
