This beautiful natural stone finca can be easily reached via a paved path. A 300m long driveway lined with palm trees leads to the house in a green oasis of Mediterranean plants. The living area is divided into a large living room, a complete kitchen with storage room, three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The living room leads directly to the 120 m² terrace with a view of the wonderful Mediterranean garden.
The name of Llucmajor is probably composed by the Latin words lucus maioris, which means "greater forest" with an important historic background. In terms of surface area, Llucmajor is the largest municipal county on the island and it is located in the south. Part of El Arenal also belongs to the municipal county of Llucmajor as well as the small village at the coast, S´Estanyol. The small location Cala Pi belongs to the municipal area, too. In Llucmajor you can find all the facilities for daily life as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, schools, etc. Three times per week there is a fruit and vegetable market in the centre.
