Information and situation to Son Veri Nou

Son Verì Nou is a quiet residential zone  in a steep coast on the south of Mallorca. There is a promenade along the coast perfect to go for long walks close to the sea. There is only a small bathing zone and the beach of Cala Blava, the resting coast is full of crags only able to be reached on walking. The nearest tourist village is El Arenal with a lot of facilities for shopping, enjoing your free -time or having  a fast snack at the serveral Snack-Bars called “Balnearios” along 300 m on the beach (all of them are numerated from the 1st until the 15th), the first Balneario is situated in El Arenal but the last one is already in Ca´n Pastilla -Playa de Palma-.

The connections to Palma are very good and there are frequently line- buses. Every thursday there is in El Arenal a fresh fruit and veg market. Son Verí Nou is a perfect place for living not only for its quietness also for its proximity to Palma and the airport -just 15 km away.
