This idyllic finca with rental license is in close proximity to Ses Covetes and the dream beach Es Trenc as well as to Sa Rapita with excellent restaurants and its exclusive yacht harbor. The main house with approx. 220 square meters of living space offers a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the lower part of the house there is one of the three bedrooms, a bathroom and the open, very tastefully designed living/dining area with an open kitchen and direct access to the pool terrace. An open fireplace in the living area tempts you to spend cozy evenings with friends. On the upper floor of this extraordinarily harmonious finca there are two more bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom in addition to a gallery (reading area). A third room, currently used as an office, can be converted into another bedroom or dressing room. Behind the house is the pool terrace with an electric awning and the beautiful pool (5 x 11 meters) with an integrated jacuzzi. Here at the end of the pool, only about 40 meters from the main house, there is also a guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and SPA area.
Ses Covetes is a small locality with about 40 houses, a small supermarket, five restaurants and it has got an access to two sections of the beach Playa Es Trenc. From the one side of the place you can reach Es Trenc that begins in Sa Rapita and from the other side you have an access to Es Trenc that begins in Colonia de Sant Jordi. White sand – turquoise water – not without a reason it is also called Caribean beach. The beach is 5 km long, up to 35m wide and is characterized by dune landscape.
