This beautiful finca is located only a few minutes' drive from the town centre of Llucmajor. The house, built in 1971, was renovated not too long ago using the best materials and is therefore in top condition. The small plot is lovingly landscaped with Mediterranean plants. An 8 x 4 m pool is centrally located between the two-storey main house with a 50 m2 covered terrace and the guest house. This gem has a rental licence and enjoys great popularity.
The name of Llucmajor is probably composed by the Latin words lucus maioris, which means "greater forest" with an important historic background. In terms of surface area, Llucmajor is the largest municipal county on the island and it is located in the south. Part of El Arenal also belongs to the municipal county of Llucmajor as well as the small village at the coast, S´Estanyol. The small location Cala Pi belongs to the municipal area, too. In Llucmajor you can find all the facilities for daily life as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, schools, etc. Three times per week there is a fruit and vegetable market in the centre.
